The “secret shopper” service isyour answer. This service is a powerful tool to help you understand what it’s like to interact with your church from a guest’s perspective. Unlike asking people to fill out a general survey, our “secret shoppers” are trained to go and make precise observations of all vital aspects of your church service, programs and administration. The program lasts 4-6 weeks giving the "secret shopper" adequate time to attend all programs and interact with different people.
