 Frida is the CEO and Founder of Excellent Image, Inc. a provider of organizational leadership and management training, coaching and consulting services and EIPO a partner company that provides professional services - website design, printing, and business solutions for start up and growing buinesses.  She specializes in creating systems to develop and sustain individual and organizational peak performance. Outcomes include growth in revenue and personnel, increased employee engagement & productivity, excellent service and efficiency.

Frida began her career in retail as operations manager for a major supplier of objects of art to North America, England, Japan and Australia. She was responsible for merchandise acquisitions, quality control and customer satisfaction and worked for five years. She later joined a five star hotel chain with hotels in England and East Africa  for two years where she worked as event and banquet manager.

The highlight in her career was her eight year tenure for a tourism firm for one of the largest suppliers of Japanese tourists to North America, East & South Africa.  She was charged to turn around the failing operations of the firm and she developed strategies and organizational systems that helped eliminate the debt in a short time and put the firm back on the path of profit and growth in clients, revenue and employees.  

Prior to launching Excellent Image, Inc. in 2006, she worked as an administrator for a church with branches in North America, England, West Africa and Jamaica where she was instrumental in developing its organizational structure, designing leadership training programs, setting up the administration system and developing course curriculum for its Bible School. She served in the church for seven years and was the Bible School’s principal for three years. She is an ordained pastor.
